Data accessed from Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dataverse environments is processed solely for the purpose of enabling EaseApp functionality. EaseApp does not store, replicate, or transfer customer data outside the Microsoft cloud unless explicitly required for support or analytics purposes and with your consent.
3. Purposes for Holding Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide and manage our products and services.
- To personalize user experience and improve our offerings.
- To communicate with you regarding updates, support, and promotional content.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of use.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We may share Non-Personal Data with third-party partners for analytics and marketing purposes. Personal Data is only shared with third parties when necessary to fulfill a service (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers) and under strict confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose Personal Data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
We may use third-party service providers (such as analytics, subscription billing, and customer support platforms) to facilitate our operations. These providers act as data processors under strict agreements ensuring GDPR and CCPA compliance. A list of key subprocessors is available upon request.
5. Sale of Business

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data. While we strive to secure your data, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Our servers are hosted in secure environments and we regularly review our security practices.
6A. Data Processing and Hosting
EaseApp operates within Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure (Azure and Dynamics 365). Customer data processed through EaseApp remains within the Microsoft cloud environment of the customer’s tenant. EaseApp Corp does not host or store production data on external servers. Any diagnostic, error logging, or usage telemetry collected by EaseApp is anonymized and stored in secure Azure environments located in the United States.
7. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
7A. International Transfers
If you access EaseApp from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We apply appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers in compliance with GDPR.
8. User Rights
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

12. Children’s Privacy
EaseApp is not directed to or intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a child’s data has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.
