EaseApp Terms of Use

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify EaseApp immediately at the contact details above. EaseApp reserves the right to suspend access in the event of suspected misuse or security breaches.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, website design, trade names, logos, and related content, belong to EaseApp or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without written consent.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, defamatory, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to: transmitting harmful code, violating intellectual property rights, engaging in spam or phishing, or interfering with the Service’s infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EaseApp’s total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the greater of USD $500 or the total amount paid by you to EaseApp in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. EaseApp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Service fees are published on easeapp.ai or as otherwise agreed in writing. EaseApp may adjust pricing at any time by posting an updated price list. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Notices must be sent via email to trust@easeapp.ai or by post to the address provided above. EaseApp may communicate with you electronically, including via your registered account email.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. EaseApp is not responsible for their content or accuracy. Use of third-party services is at your own risk. EaseApp’s Service operates within Microsoft’s ecosystem; availability depends on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related cloud infrastructure.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. EaseApp may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and you may request deletion of any retained data consistent with the Privacy Policy.

EaseApp shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, internet outages, or failures of Microsoft or third-party systems.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the matter shall proceed to mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Miami, Florida. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

EaseApp may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version at easeapp.ai/terms. Revised terms take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.

No waiver of any term shall constitute a waiver of any other term. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.
